About this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the current version of FAST HEALTH CARE handles information.

This policy applies only to the FAST HEALTH CARE application. It does not apply to hospitals, doctors, healthcare providers, external websites, telephone services, calendar applications, sharing applications, map services, or other third-party services that users may open through the app.

Information entered or selected by users

FAST HEALTH CARE may allow users to enter or select the following information:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• City
• Manually selected location
• Selected doctor or medical specialty
• Preferred appointment date and time
• Insurance-plan or self-pay preference
• Saved doctors
• Locally saved appointment requests
• Reminder preferences
• Onboarding and general app settings

A selected doctor, specialty, appointment, or insurance preference may reveal health-related interests.

In the current version, this information is stored locally in the app’s private storage on the user’s Android device. FAST HEALTH CARE does not currently operate an online user-account system, remote profile database, or remote appointment-booking database.

Information the app does not request

The current version of FAST HEALTH CARE does not request access to:

• Precise or background device location
• Camera
• Microphone
• Contacts
• Photos or gallery
• Files or general device storage
• SMS messages
• Call logs
• Passwords or authentication credentials
• Payment-card information
• Bank-account information
• Mobile-wallet information
• Medical records
• Laboratory reports
• Prescriptions
• Formal diagnoses
• Medication history

The current version also does not include advertising or analytics SDKs.

Internet access and external services

FAST HEALTH CARE uses internet access to display map content and open public hospital or healthcare-provider websites.

Embedded OpenStreetMap content and external websites may receive standard technical information when they are opened, including:

IP address

Browser or Android WebView information

Device information

Language

Approximate region inferred from an IP address

Requested webpage or map area

Such information is handled by the relevant third party under its own privacy policy and terms.

At the user’s direction, FAST HEALTH CARE may also open:

• The phone dialer to call a publicly listed hospital number
• A web browser to open a hospital or provider page
• The Android share sheet to share public doctor-profile information or feedback
• A calendar application to create an appointment-related event

FAST HEALTH CARE does not control how another application or website handles information after the user deliberately opens or shares content with it.

How locally stored information is used

Locally stored information is used to:

Display profile information inside the app

Remember the user’s manually selected city or location

Remember selected doctors and specialties

Display saved doctors

Organize locally saved appointment requests

Remember preferred appointment dates and times

Remember insurance or self-pay preferences

Maintain app settings and reminder choices

Provide requested app functionality

Data sharing and sale

FAST HEALTH CARE does not sell, rent, trade, or automatically disclose locally stored personal or health-related information to:

• Advertisers
• Data brokers
• Hospitals
• Doctors
• Insurance providers
• Marketing companies
• Other unrelated third parties

Saving an appointment request inside FAST HEALTH CARE does not send that request to a hospital and does not confirm an appointment.

Users must contact the relevant healthcare provider directly to confirm appointment availability.

Information may leave the device only when the user deliberately opens a third-party website, places a call, adds a calendar event, uses another sharing application, or when Android performs a backup or device transfer under the user’s device and account settings.

Appointment and provider information

FAST HEALTH CARE is an independent healthcare information and appointment-planning application.

Unless an affiliation is expressly stated and supported by authorization, FAST HEALTH CARE is not:

• A hospital or clinic
• A healthcare provider
• A doctor
• An insurance provider
• An emergency service
• A government service
• An official representative of a listed hospital or doctor

Doctor profiles, hospital details, professional information, phone numbers, addresses, websites, qualifications, insurance acceptance, and OPD schedules may change.

Users should verify all information directly with the relevant healthcare provider before relying on it or visiting a facility.

Medical disclaimer

FAST HEALTH CARE is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

The app does not provide:

• Medical advice
• Clinical diagnoses
• Treatment recommendations
• Prescriptions
• Emergency response
• Clinical decision-making
• A replacement for consultation with a healthcare professional

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

In a medical emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service or visit the nearest emergency department immediately.

Data retention and deletion

Local information remains on the user’s device until the user:

• Uses the in-app Reset Local App Data function
• Uses the in-app Logout function
• Clears the app’s storage through Android settings
• Uninstalls the application

Android cloud backup or device-transfer features may copy or restore app information depending on the user’s Android device and account settings.

Users who want to reduce the possibility of local information being restored should use the in-app reset function before uninstalling and review their Android backup settings.

Because the current app does not maintain an online account or remote user database, FAST HEALTH CARE cannot remotely view, retrieve, modify, or delete information stored only on the user’s device.

Data security

FAST HEALTH CARE stores local information within Android app-private storage.

Supported external web content is accessed using secure HTTPS connections. However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should:

• Protect their device with a secure screen lock
• Avoid sharing an unlocked device with unauthorized people
• Clear local app information before transferring or selling a device
• Avoid entering unnecessary sensitive medical information

Children’s privacy

FAST HEALTH CARE is not specifically designed or directed to children under 13.

The current app does not knowingly collect children’s personal information on a FAST HEALTH CARE server.

A parent or legal guardian should supervise use of the application involving a minor and should communicate directly with the relevant healthcare provider regarding the minor’s care.

User choices and controls

Users may choose not to enter optional profile information.

Users can remove locally stored information through:

• Reset Local App Data
• Logout
• Android clear-storage settings
• Application uninstallation

Users can also choose not to:

• Open external websites
• Use the share function
• Add a calendar event
• Place a hospital call
• Save an appointment request

Changes to this Privacy Policy

FAST HEALTH CARE NETWORK (PRIVATE) LIMITED may update this Privacy Policy when the app’s functionality, data handling, third-party services, legal obligations, or Google Play requirements change.

An updated policy will display a revised effective date.

Material changes to data practices must also be reflected in the app’s in-app disclosures and Google Play Data safety information.
